I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavilla Guesthouse during my visit to Copenhagen, and while the experience was a mixed bag, there were certainly standout elements. The guesthouse offers spacious rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV and a well-maintained kitchenette, which made it convenient for me and my daughter to prepare light meals, something I always appreciate when traveling. The location is quite practical, with a bus stop just around the corner providing easy access to the city center — we found ourselves exploring iconic sites within a mere 15 minutes! While we treasured the peaceful garden area where we could unwind after a day of adventure, we did encounter a few drawbacks. The bathroom could certainly use some updating, which made our morning routine a tad less enjoyable than I would prefer. We experienced a few noise disturbances from the nearby road, but thankfully, our comfortable beds provided a cozy hideaway. The warm welcome from the hosts truly made a difference, as they were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the quirks, Lavilla Guesthouse left us with fond memories of our time in this vibrant city. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option and don’t mind sacrificing some luxury, this guesthouse could be a lovely base for your Copenhagen adventures!
